Troubleshoot
Check the following
- Is the API and/or Widget ID correct?
- Check
apiKeyanddata-ecal-widget-idin the embed code from within your ECAL Admin
- Check
- Are the Schedules for the Widget LIVE?
- Check the status of your Schedule in your ECAL Admin
- Check the status of your Schedule in your ECAL Admin
- Are the Widget Schedule selection settings correct?
- Check the settings under Schedules tab in your ECAL Admin
- Check the settings under Schedules tab in your ECAL Admin
- Is the correct Category Reference or Calendar Reference being set during the Widget initializaton?
- Refer to Widget Parameters
- Refer to Direct Link Parameters
- Look for incorrect characters in the Widget code preventing it from executing correctly in the web browser.
